let's be real, none of the highly impactful players in Inter Miami's current roster would join without Messi being there first. Inter Miami would not have won the League's Cup or Supporters' Shield without Messi being in the team. Messi IS the most impactful, most valuable, most influential, winning-est player in MLS by far.

He has done so much since he came to MLS, and not just Inter Miami also, but the whole football to U.S. You wont see an American for MVP, until they start embracing football not your so called soccer. Football is beautiful Messi is the reason i started watching MLS.

The award is MVP of MLS. When Messi is in the contention, you need to consider the overall impact he brought to the league. This is the best season attendance for MLS and that is for Messi. You cannot quantify Messi's value by the number of games or goals. He is the Most Valuable in the world.

Who are these guys on the panel except one who doesn't feel Messi is the MVP of MLS , I can't only laugh on there narrow judgement regarding Messi. Messi came at a time when inter miami was at the bottom Won the MLS Cup with the existing team where only alba was available. Only half season played and messi is at par rather he is far ahead regarding goals and assist. What these guys on the panel taking about. Inter miami in those years was not on top, how ever it is in top right now because of whom, only one Messi, MLS is gaining popularity and also earnings because of whom it's Messi. Messi doesn't need any awards or accolades coz he achieved everything in his life and the most important award and accolades is people in the universe and world gives love and respect for what he had achieved.long live messiah Messi.

Trash talk. Messi was called up internationally because he's valuable and cucho wasn't because he was average for his country. And which league in the world would continue their normal league when an international tournament is going on in their country with their country participating? MLS is a joke because Messi will always be called up by Argentina. Messi dropping this performance with less games proves class..
