i think itd be so cool if one day we saw a tall ones volleyball club like 18U team playing in nationals or something. the competition for bay area club teams is rough though, with there being mvvc and bay to bay

Dw it's not dumb. It depends on where your playing and what level. The lib in high school level boys volleyball in the US can serve, but in international volleyball, i.e the VNL, the lib can't serve. Hope that helped :)

Coach I have a question. In your opinion what's better to play in a gym with a short ceiling or a high ceiling.

I think high ceilings are objectively the better choice. I pretty much exclusively practice in gyms with low ceilings and in Austria the rules say that the play is done once the ball touches the ceiling. The pain I feel when I pass a perfect serve but the play ends just because the ceiling's so low is immense lol

Low ceiling you need more control when digging harder hits, high ceiling allows you more freedom but you have to adjust to lights and depth perception. Pick your battle
