@@mutezone Sometime I hear similar happening on 1395 kHz when there is another LPAM not Seebreeze. Varia FM playing on SW, MW and FM. Full package.. Thank you for watching, 73s.

Probably the pirate was playing audio from some internet station. I've seen it sometime on shortwave - nonstop stream with jingles and adverts.
