I like both. Other things become more important in MW2 with its constraints on movement - Taking corners more realistically, taking care to aim for the head, knowing when to move or not... Its a slower more realistic take, though not completely as you can still run and gun as well as jump shotting... Its also fun to have a more movement encouraged game like MW2019 or Titanfall 2. Just different flavors. I'm fine that they mixed it up. We had 2019 to play for 3 years and its still there if its really missed.

MW19 during lockdown made me get a great grip of the movement, at that point with that much free time I was a try hard. But now with MW2 I'm glad they changed the movement and made it a lot more relaxed, can't imagine nowadays returni g after a long day of school and work to play for fun, just to see the enemies slide across the map.

In my personal opinion, now i preffer the MW2 movement than MW2019. Is slow but more fixed than MW2019 movement than was broken asf. Also there aren't so much laser guns like WW of lasers 2 aka vanguard. The fact everyone hates the movement is because they abuse the slide cancel and the bunny jumps than those thing was literally a bug.

because there is no movement slide/dive blocks time to fire slide can be yyed and fire faster i think dive doenst but 90 % of the time the people just jumpshot or sit in corners everything that was fun to use they canceld it for the casuals so they love this game because nobody can move fast so its easier to track them and land hits , maybe for u it got dry but for the most it was the best movement in a BR the fairest option would be let both games coexist in there normals mods ( not only caldera) then everybody could fairly choose between but cod knows when warzone 1 still had rebirth etc most of the players would maybe switch for 2weeks after that they would be back in WZ but with only caldera the most hated wz map its easier to get people in WZ2 because WZ1 has only caldera to play

Mw2019 is more fluid. I'm not even considering slide cancelling, just in general it feels better and more enjoyable to play mw2019. I wish mw2 has mw2019s movement and animation speed just remove slide cancelling, everything in mw2 feels clunky, which encourages camping or "SeNtInElS" which hurts the flow of the game. I dislike sweats as much as the next guy but id rather play versus sweats from time to time in mw2019 while being able to move my damn character comfortably than play mw2s slow and clunky movement where everyone camps because moving is so icky. If you don't agree, then go play free for all on mw2. Most boring shit I've ever played in a multiplayer game.
