probably a full screen issue, just go into your settings and select windowed mode. if there is no setting go into the console and type /fullscreen 0

sorry for the annoying question but how do these mesh together when doing POV's for example, not having the right models so it appears different from the pov and cine, same goes with death cine as theyll be showing 2 different outcomes, if you get me. (making sure they are in correct positions/correct movement etc. etc.

you have 2 options. if you want everything to be exact then use actors to fake povs. if you want it to be as realistic as possible u can bind the running anims to the actors so they aren't idle. faking with actors is also good cause u can set the death anim u want for the cines and position the actors so they would look good for cines as well as the pov.

@@markosbluh i don’t see it, what’s your account? In order to change the zones (the selection of anims and models from different maps) go to the top middle dropdown and find maps that do not feature the letters mp. Some might not work but for example, a couple are favela and ending. I would recommend deleting all the anims and models I already put in on the left due to your error which hopefully should fix it. After finding good single player zones, add the anims and models. You need to go to the top right dropdown and select xanim or xmodel and then go underneath and scroll through cool sounding anims and models. Be mindful that different zones don’t fw every map so you gotta do trial and error.

you are probably adding single player anims to multiplayer models or vice versa. you cannot mix single player and multiplayer assets. if not this then you have followed a zone builder step wrong or installed the files into a previous mw2 folder

depending on your xvid setting it can be miles better or miles worse. usually better though. i’d recommend 1.5

Anyone else have a problem with the actors looking weird after giving them an anim? My actors torsos end up looking to the left and down, but the legs stay normal sort of like at 11:46 where the bot is first spawned. I also can't get rid of this little prompt at the top of my game that says an update for Reshade is available

the actors shouldn’t look weird this is likely a zone builder error. make sure you followed every step in chronological order and didn’t skip any parts. the most likely error is that you are using sp anims with mp models - read the different tabs in the actor menu and this will help you correct this. only multiplayer anims work with multiplayer models. same for sp, only work w sp. maybe the problem is that you didn’t click both write to fast file and write to precache. the problem could also be that some sp anims don’t actually work properly but most will. i have imported a few anims with faulty rigs which resulted in this problem. try uninstalling and reinstalling reshade. on the new install make sure to use the DIRECT 9 OPTION instead of 10/11/12

instead of using pro-rec you can find a better version of it made my kruumy as well in lxvejetty's how to use pre recs video its way faster and actually supports mp4.

@@SinisterDrG ya better pro rec and ya in my opinion its also more efficient and doesnt take up like 5gbs of just clips cause if u convert with better pro rec all ur clips will be like 10 - 100 mbs / clip depending on the length and if their ur original recs etc. and considering its mp4 it wont take a long time to pre render... been using it for ever now but hey just something new to look into for ya if u havent been using it lately.

@@ElectricFX probably a nice little upgrade for the mp4 part but in terms of file size the normal pro rec doesnt really differ cause most of the compression is done by xvid codec in vdub so almost all recs using this method are like 50mb. mp4 does seem very useful tho
