It had been leaked that I would receive a Skin but it was cancelled, it was probably this one. If you would like to bet, they don't release additional skins to blackcell operators to keep them with a status of "exclusive"

The “zombies” bundles should really have an extra strike team operator slot in them. Also they should make it in zombies where each different strike team operator has their own separate rucksack and stash (excluding purchased/ rewards) that would actually give a value to the extra slots (basically 20 more stash, just for that character)
