You reduce from 18mm to 8mm. It would be better to have a Y-piece there and distribute it from 18mm to 8mm + 8mm. Then you could cool the front and rear batteries separately in parallel. After the two batteries again from 8 + 8mm to 10mm put a Y-piece to the bottle.
