The execution is pretty tight, you need to be pretty close for DF1 to connect Don't bother doing JF on Geruda 3, makes it harder to connect followups

Not true, he can easily rack the charges up coming from his slide which leads to a 50/50 scenario which could be a low or overhead and both leads to him building up the gauge

You have to fill his meter with some specific moves. Phoenix Shift 3 1+2, 1 2, ws12, 2 2 1+2, F2 2 1+2, Phoenix Shift on heat + heat button are some that I can remember without looking. His damage is absurd and he's very easy, but at least the strings that he do that fills the meter do not take away recoverable life and deal low damage

Hit with any attack that uses Odin just not the one that spends the meter

When he says Odin he means the big black and red sword slashes. Those type of attacks fill the gauge

Yeah, his sword attacks, jab and kicks are way more similar to Negan than Noctis, but IMO the devs did a really good job with his moveset, it's almost like a ctrl C ctrl V from FFXVI

if a high damage combo is enough to convince your empty skull, then literally everyone is OP, you can deal the same damage with specific stage angles and rage and heat.

I think noctis's moveset is divided between victor and Clive but Clive also has some of negan's moveset

Lmao. Tekken was never realistic. They had bear, panda, kangaroo and little dinosaur as guest character before. Compared to what bs you see here, it is still pretty tolerable.

You understand how absolutely absurd this setup is right. Not only do you need level 5 Odin which is basically gonna take the whole match if you even get it. You also need heat, a floor breakable map, and a wall splat without the wall being too close otherwise parts of this combo actually will just fail. And also for your opponent to get hit at the right time and in the right spot. So yeah it's a lot of damage but good luck getting that setup in the context of a real match. For the most part clive is doing around 70 damage with a full optimal combo
