I went down the rider dab rabbit hole already so I’ll save you some time. It’s for foot dabbing in corners when your rider starts slowing down too much. If you take auto dab off you will just fall over at a certain point if you don’t press the dab button. I don’t see any competitive advantage doing your own rider dab though honestly. More of a simulation thing

The rider dab can also stand you up sometimes mid corner if you are leaned over too much so this has been a problem when scraping the bars in ruts so I've turned it off

Rider dab is in slow speeds: the rider will put his foot down to the ground while turning. Increase stabilization a little, you can’t see it in happen 1st person though

If yall are looking for a good suspension guide, look up Pelster818's suspension videos. They go into detail about what everything does

A good tip is to do a few laps and watch it back in slow motion to see what the suspension is doing and if you're bottoming out at all. If the bike keeps wobbling corner entry stiffen the suspension or if the front isn't pushed down mid corner soften it. You can also compensate by how you approach obstacles to manipulate what the suspension does

Guys i really need help. I copied Lynds settings from your vid 10 month ago and has always played with them and loved them. A few days ago i accidentally pressed "delete" on the profile setting. Since then everything feels so weird: the lean, turning, camera view and controlls. Even tho i copied back the same setttings. Because of this video I hammered Anaheim 1 2022 version, Redbud 2000 even tho I didn’t know the track I was hammering & Washington, first time I ever hammered 6 laps in a row without crashing it’s AMAZING & I’m in LOVE with Mx Bikes even more than I was LOL thank you so much btw it was suspension or anything it was the leaning & such but it’s amazing thank you so much! My main issue was the bike just couldn’t stay straight majority of the time the back just kept fish tailing from the littlest bumps on the track & just continuously kept stuffing my front end into corners but ever since I changed it I haven’t stuffed my front lol
