Wanted to try out something a little bit different for MX vs ATV All Out today. Was asked if I could show a little tutorial or tips and tricks for MX vs ATV All Out by a few people. Dude this is exactly what I needed. I "picked this up after seeing it on the Walmart shelf" and am enjoying it as a "second visit" to an old motocross career (my number was 151). Now my 6 year old and I are enjoying playing this game together. Thanks for teaching me so I can teach him.

I recently got back into MX VS ATV because of alive being free with gold this month, I ended up buying all out because it was more free roam based and that’s what my favorite thing was growing up playing MX vs ATV unleashed at my dads. I ended up finding your channel and you’re the only channel at the moment I even watch besides one or two other siege KZbinrs. All your videos have been helping and have been addicting. This one helped me SOOO much. I know it’s 3 years old so I’m not sure if you’ll even see this but I felt the need to let you know that you have definitely made an impact with what your doing. Great Video Windham. Another great tip, is using the "carving" system in the game. creating lines and using those lines to get through certain "pain" areas of the track, also you gain speed using the lines your tires dug the previous lap. Hope that helps. Cheers. 👍

One thing I want to add for the people who are new to these games. There is no one right way to do things. Dont get discouraged if you notice you're not doing exactly what someone else is doing or saying, everyone who plays these games is trying to improve and learn new ways to get faster. Contribute your experiences so we all can get better. Even pros can learn from beginners

I notice if you just lean back when going up a jump instead of using preload gives you a small boost too. I actually don't use the clutch when turning, I just hit the gas two or three times and it's usually a decent turn. I only use the clutch for sharp turns.

One thing I found really helped overall speed in this game, once you get used to the controls turn preload off entirely. It really forces you to carry momentum through the corners and rhythms since you can't preload yourself to safety. Great video man. When you grow up riding and playing these games you tend to forget that not everyone else has too. Having to articulate your skills and techniques into a format that a new player can understand isn't always easy to do. Hell, even for us who play these religiously, sometimes we forget the basics and it's a nice refresher to hear. Definitely recommend continuing this series

also, check out how leaning forward feels going off the faces of jumps. it’s very noticeable in first person view. and also, for example the right hand corner after the finish line before the whoops, try speeding up to it, pushing forward and leaning at the same time while holding the clutch in. no brakes and no gas. just gain speed heading toward turn, hold in clutch and lean forward while turning, you’ll rip around the corner faster then just leaning and using the gas

1 thing I don’t get about the game is when racing if someone just barely touches me I go flying off the track. This keeps happening. I try to do it back at them and then I go flying off the track. They just touch me and I go flying.. I try to hit them and I go flying off the track not even fazing them. What am I missing here?

Idk if i don’t know how to tune or the physics are different, but I can’t control it for shit, I have been able to get decent at every other game BUT this one! I just can’t get the hang of it, bike over steers and rebounds coming out of corners (especially when clutching or hard on the gas) the power and clutch is so aggressive even wen tuned down, idk how people are tuning shit all the way up to the most aggressive stats and just hammering corners? U have a short “tuning” video but it’s not too in depth, so I would love to see an in-depth video about the tuning and maybe some theories or advice to why this game can be so hard to get the hang of as opposed to the other ones, idk if anyone else has had a struggle trying to figure this game play and physics out?

Like the map of the track you are riding? Or the selection screen to choose what map you want to play? Hold select button down to access map for the track you are riding. Hit the pause button and move to the right to choose the option to select different track.

This game´s mechanics are like a black box I´ve tried all the stick movements to preload (slow down-up, fast, slow then fast, fast then slow) but the amount of preload comes out like a dice roll... let´s no even mentio landings, same angle and speed and it's a coin toss, wither he goes just fine or crashes and makes me lose my hard earned positions

Doesn’t matter really. This game is so broken it’s a joke. Physics, lag, frame rate, every aspect of the game. Crazy this is a 2018 game and the graphics are that horrible. I mean look at the tracks and everything. Looks like a 2002 game. Barely any in game options. Not even an option for rain or full exhaust systems. Rainbow studios half assed literally everything. Then wanna do the DLC scam and try to sell $200 worth of DLC. I used to be a fan but I’m done with rainbow studios. It’s very evident the franchise is done. They don’t wanna put in the time to really make a good game. They cut every corner possible. Blows my mind the graphics are that bad and for exhaust systems it’s just a slip on. As soon as mxgp Pro changes they’re physics to more free like mx vs atv they’re taking over. You get way better graphics, all the oem bikes, way more options like rain, and they’re not trying to scam they’re own customers with all this DLC. I feel sorry for anyone still believing in mx vs atv and buying into all they’re dlc. Next will be 12 tracks for $20. Literally insane. Mark my words. This game will be dead in 6 months when mxgp Pro and the new call of duty comes out. Right now there’s never more then 20-30 people online WORLDWIDE on PS4. That should tell you something about how bad they messed this game up. MES still has 100s online being an older game and severely held back cause they had to stick to the ama supercross tracks only. RIP mx vs atv.

125s faster then 450s, horrible transmission characteristics, manual tranny that’s still an auto, horrible tuning characteristics, I can go on all day with what’s wrong with the game. Biggest thing is they’re DLC scam and releasing an unfinished and broken game. Approaching 800gb in the system storage trying to fix a broken game. Making DLC more important then actually fixing the game. I feel sorry for people who are spending $60-100 for DLC. When rainbow studios is half assing this game. No way this game is worth $100-120 let alone $60. 12 tracks for $20 is absolutely ridiculous. $3 for one bike is absolutely ridiculous. When they can’t even make the game right with physics, actual full exhausts, better tuning, better graphics, more options, transmissions that work. This game is dead in 6 months. 8-9 months after it was released and no one will be playing it anymore.
