Turn on reflex , go off a jump with both sticks pulled back then keep the steering stick pulled back and move the rider forward. Its called stretching , another reason why reflex is top tier . Hidden tricks youd never figure out unlesss you actually ride .

You can preload in reflex , if you know what youre doing .

If they want to make another good MVA they need to either find better experienced racing developers to hire or study previous games the fan base loves and try to replicate the physics. Every time I see legends I’m reminded how terrible the physics are and probably the worst in any game I’m in awe how they managed to greenlight the game

I just played MXGP 2020 and 2021 back to back and am not sure how they regressed so much. 2021 feels like drift simulator and isn't a lick on 2020.

Recently got a steam deck and have been playing mx bikes. Wish I made the jump years ago honestly such a good game if you just put a bit of time into it I’ve played 30 hours now still a long long way to go but starting to put some consistent laps in now haven’t even raced against anybody yet just myself but it’s so fun and rewarding and the tracks, bike and gear are endless such a good game I honestly couldn’t care less for legends anymore

Spend £10 on this game last night always wanted it, just knew the sound quality was so poor, but for £10 I thought screw it.. but jesus, it's even worse than I expected, sounds like a mobile game. How've they even managed to mess it up sp badly. Absolute amateurs. I play alot of forza and think they've got improvements to make, but compared to this, forza is a masterpiece audio wise.

Ill be honest if they could get Legends to have Reflex style physics especially in air control and some bike sounds that sound halfway legit id be pumped on that game. I don't understand how every other Genre of video game series keeps improving but the Moto games seem to be dropping off. How can a game that released in 2009 control better than current 2024 stuff. I don't understand programming and all but they shouldn't have this much trouble making it work.

Staying positive, I'm hoping for the best. I lost interest in Legends after a couple months. I still prefer Reflex for online racing because it checks the boxes. Its got good terrain, scrubs/whips, and pretty good sounds.

I love alive the amount of hate it gets is crazy because of the physics being…… one of the best in the Mx series, def top 2 Idgaf, if your not good at that game just say that, but legends is doing so good I just hope they add JS7 compound

Also I tried to love mx vs atv legends but after I bought it on steam for my Lenovo Legion Go, I refunded it. When I lowered the graphics, everything was checkerboarded including the character the map and the whole game. Does anybody know what are the best settings for handheld??? I use a legion go. I have AMD Radeon 780M graphics with a Z1 extreme

Legends is the best moto game we’ve had to date on console hands down excluding the pc games there in their own category, console can never compete shouldn’t even be a debate with those games. Is the game perfect, especially the career no, but it’s the best we possibly can get right now. Everything from content, tracks, bikes, gear, the best it’s been and the best we possibly can get atm. Those old games are just un playable now with how much technology is advancing its crazy the difference from then as a kid till now as an adult. My only gripe, no excuse for bike sounds to be terrible in this day and age gotta get those on point. These guys have given us everything we’ve damn near asked for outside of bike sounds improvements which aren’t possible till next game and more goggles lol MERRY CHRISTMAS

Please dont forget about the quads. ATV off road fury 2 had the best selection of actual, racing, atvs. Legends atvs handle great and look good. Just don’t forget about quad players. Some of us have been around since the very beginning and I fear we are on the edge of being forgotten….

In my opinion bike sounds are good on legends, the ones they added from encore suck because they lag and when you hit a bump the bike sounds like it shifts gears so it’s hard to tell what gear you are in

biggest gripe is the the bike sounds. they sound decent, i just wish it would be a quick but gradual rev while in the air instead of sending it straight to redline. apart from that, the latest update has me loving this game again. love the physics improvements, love the addition of the new truimph bikes, i just wish the bikes sounded more realistic when you blip the throttle whilst mid-air

I'd like to see them allow you to play an entire event like the older games. Practice/qualifying that determines gate pick, Heat 1 & 2, LCQ, and main.

I’ll never buy another Mx vs atv game until the physics don’t make me have to relearn it, or make me have to relearn my other games (SX6, MXGP21) every time I play.

I've been grinding Legends out for a while. It's a good game but not perfect. My biggest gripe is the 250 4strokes, some of the frame rate drops, especially during super x on certain tracks. The 250's have a studder that effects the power & sound. I get it coming out of turns, going into the face of jumps & in rhythm sections. No other bikes do it, just the 4 stroke 250's. The update helped it out a little bit, but it's a 250 killer for me. I couldn't wait to get off of them & go to the 450's. The studder is like I'm squeezing the throttle & letting off repeatedly. I've tried different controllers but no difference. The new update made the 4 wheelers better to use now, but the UTV's have become worse. They turn way too sharp & act like your driving on glue. I enjoyed the UTV's before the update, but not the 4 wheelers. Now it's the opposite. Somethings gotta give. They have the chance to turn this game into a Legend. Don't screw it up. Cause who knows, next moto game coming from Monster Energy is supposedly being built from the ground up. Learn how to perfect this mx-atv game now while there's no competition, cause people will still buy it & continue playing until something new & possibly better is released. Don't play catch up. Get this game right. Then use that experience to one up yourselves on the next one.

Bro nah... legends is by far the best in almost every category. Except: sounds, customisation, and maps. The physics is reflex are garbage man you throw the bike around like it's a twig, the preload in encore like you said was mental due to glitches. The best preload by far is legends. It makes another skill gap, which is wicked. If they made a game, anything like this, every single person would complain, it's to arcade like.

I think alive had the best physics. Hated them at first, but the more you play the more it feels like real riding. Especially the seat bounce feature.

A huge asset of the customisation in All Out was the BRAAP feature. Creating a gate full of 125's as Loretta's, or loading in all the pros at Hangtown still keeps me coming back to that game

I was encouraged to buy this game thanks to your videos and reviews, now in these Christmas Steam offers I have finished buying all the DLCs and extras. I like simracing but this game in particular, along with Ride 2, I like it quite a lot, being a "non fan" of motorbikes. Merry christmas.
