Quick review, don't waste your money. Electric start without a kicker. Battery issues. It's as heavy as a 65. Tires are junk. Zero aftermarket parts to get it to move--aside of sprockets. Spoke are weak and break. Skid plate does cover shift shaft--buy a spare. Horrible ground clearance. Made in China. Buy a used or leftover CRF or KTM.. Or just buy a Chinese bike from Tractor Supply and save money.

You can roll start it easily, and I'm looking for something as heavy as a 65 because the 65 I can't afford. Crfs hold their value way too much and this ttr's perfect for me enjoy hating on Yamaha and go somewhere else 😑

And how do you know what's made in China? Do you make $0.10 a day making parts for these?

@@bendover5902 No, I run the shop and beat the little kids telling them to work faster. No way I would ever pay them 10 cents a day. I pay them when the order is complete, but I take out money for their food and bed.Their 1st year they usually break even or owe me hours. The joys of communist labor. Why do you think so many businesses are over there. So yeah, TTR's are straight out of China. You can google it if you don't believe me.

@@bendover5902 BYW, not hating on the Yamaha, I'm a Yamaha fan that's why when I tried to get parts and couldn't find parts I got pissed. I managed to get a better cam, bigger carb, throttle, and shift rod. Took time to ship, but it is what it is. Tried to adjust the timing, but it's a pita. I whip start it with the rear wheel as well. It's a fine starter bike. The CRF, even the older ones can be had cheap and there are tons of parts available. KTM's & Cobras are ridiculous. If you still have the bike, I have a new cam, new carb w/jets and new throttle still in the box with recipes. Can't remember the sprocket I used with that set up. The boy is riding a different bike now and his little sister is on the now pink TTR. If you're interested and like tweaking bikes, I'll sell you the box of parts cheap.

@@liberty5565 oh, ok I'm not interested in being scammed by some random person, I have a mikuni carb and a 88cc big bore kit, as well as xr50 bars and a fmf slip on exhaust. So parts aren't that hard to find, idk what your talking about.
