It’s been an expensive hobby, one that I’ve started to slow down spending and I will only be collecting those that I have flown on.

Congrats on the great collection! I too collect in 1:200, was wondering if you know where to get smaller planes such as Cessna 172 or Piper Warrior in the same scale, just to have an extreme comparison!

Thank you! They only make those models in 1:72 (as far as I know) because they would be too small in 1:200. But you might be able to find something on eBay

today (23 of 4 2021 will come the a380 in 1:200 and the a340 in 1:200 and on thuesday will come the delta a350-9 in 1:200 i am so happy about it i think all 3 will be very verry big. my biggest 1:200 is right now the Adac donier (jet) and the deutsche ba in 1:200 in the history i had the lufthansa cargo in 1:200 and the 737-4 or 500sas in 1:200 and the korean 777 every other planes i have is in scale 1:500 and 1:400 and a view revel Planes in 1:144

Great collection! I am a private pilot and I’m really thinking about starting an airplane collection like yours but how do you make sure the scale on all the planes are correct? I want to make sure my 747 is to scale to a 737 or a CRJ 200. I want to see the proper size differences. Is that possible? Again love what you did with the detolf displays!

Welcome to the hobby! All you need to do is make sure you stick to a certain scale. All of my models are in the scale of 1:200. That way you’ll see the exact size differences between the regional jets and the heavies! Or likewise, you can collect all in 1:400 (much smaller). I recommend 1:200 for all the details!

@@ghostbusterspluscollector9624 believe it or not, 1:200 is more detailed and diecast (metal) compared to 1:100 which is plastic and less detailed. You’re welcome! Happy collecting!

Wow!!! What to say about this collection, and about this great showcase. Great idea with plastic-glass platforms to save space. Can you tell me where can I find them? Also i wonder what is you experience with dust, since those are not dust-proof showcases? Got problems and need to clean models or what?

AirlinersHD - thank you for the kind words. Glad you enjoyed the video!! I got the acrylic risers from Adar displays. These are 3” x 4” x 6” The display cabinets are not dust proof but they keep a lot out. Only have to clean the shelves once every couple of months. Not bad!

@@200scale Thank you. I got: Gemini 200 1. BA Concorde (last livery) 2. Emirates A388 3. Lufthansa A346 old livery 4. Norwegian 738MAX8 Inflight200 1. Yugoslav Airlines 727-200 What is for you best brand in making diecast models? For me I think Gemini jets. I say "I think becuse" never had other models. I got that Inflight 727 model and it is superb, but not bigger airplanes.
