Early season fishing demands that one has a sandwich along in the boat. If the water is colored, then roast beef is best but if the water is more clear, then turkey or even turkey with cheese works well. It if is windy or there is a lot of cloud cover, then tuna or chicken salad is Ok so long as one puts cream in the coffee to try to off set the darker color. I am surprised you haven't mentioned these things in your videos.

Hey Tyler im 22 with a 18 month old i work a 9-5 job i love to listen to your videos at night while im cleaning anyway I just got back into fishing this past season and still have my ol ranger 320v that i bought in high school, I am on a budget but I would love to get a graph for my console with side imaging and with lake charts for as cheap as possible, maybe around 1000? I've been interested in trying Ark rods. I fish a lot of light T-rigs. 3/8 and under. Which rod would you recommend as far as sensitivity?

What rod are you throwing that 6 inch magdraft? I have trouble finding a rod that can handle the weight. My heavy fast is only rated up to 1 1/2 oz.

That should work for a 6in. A 6in magdraft weights Is 1-1/4. I use a medium heavy that rated 3/8 the 1oz and it handles it great. Caught a 6lb 14 oz with know problem on it

Maybe this is an unexpected consequence of what happens when the DNA of our fish changes from “native” to “Florida” due to all the breeding and stocking in order to grow bigger fish. Aren’t Florida lakes generally big featureless bowls largely devoid of traditional bass structure? I still want a map for safe navigation.
