Was trash on AoE by comparison, but when it mattered in ST Mitch was on point. Quantifying mage DPS once they all go Fire is just playing RNG roulette on crit/pass the Ignite rock. As an adage this is Classic WoW. Gear score is not indicative in terms of quality of gear in *most* cases when it comes to endgame. Hyped’s gear smoked Theberger’s gear in every meaningful metric.

can't imagine dying at 60. I just died this weekend on my 40 hunter... and of course I had just spend all the gold on the riding skill and my first mount. Got attacked by a rare elite I didn't know was in the area. none of my add-ons went off. was fighting normal mobs, then out of nowhere a ding went off that there was a high level mob near me, I went from 100% health down to 20% in one shot. I tried to wing clip, disengage, pot and run off... but he gave chase and hit me again, going from around 90% down to 10% health. This toon is alch/herb, so no target dummies, and I didn't have any petri yet... so I feigned death as a last resort... which of course was resisted. The whole event took about 4-5 seconds at most to destroy untold hours of gameplay. struggling with the idea of, "go agane"...
