As time moves forward, maybe. But it is definitely a way to lose your Bitcoin. The Bank will, at minimum, have a multi sig agreement where the coins are no longer in your cold wallet. The BTC will be in their wallet, or Gods help you in a third party like Coinbase, until you pay off the loan. Once "they" have the Alpha Asset (BTC) held as collateral, who the hell knows what could happen.🤷♂️ Let's see where the consumer protection laws go, first. 🍻 #momoneymoproblems🥂

I don't like yield ETFs. They underperform against the actual asset.
@CFH29813 сағат бұрын
Remember it’s not my money but the banks money. I have underlying shares of MSTR but it allows a LTV of 25%. Taking that fiat and buying high yield funds and then the high yield asset paying off the LOC is a revolving fiat wheel. It doesn’t matter what underperforms, you’ve increased your cash flow to buy more bitcoin. I call it the FIAT flywheel. A paid off MSTY with the banks money (OPM) will produce increased income/cashflow. Never invest W2/earned income into high yield products. Only OPM!
