Toner generally goes on after cleansing your face because it helps to balance the pH level of your skin! After that you can use your serums and follow that by your moisturizer to lock everything in!

add a facial oil to your kabrow to bring it back, I use inglot duraline in my gel liner and brow pomades whenever they get a bit dry. works a lot longer than setting spray
