@BigSuperFam 😆 Good to hear from you, bro. You're probably right about another crash. Honestly, our budget would be 300k max if we get another home. I saw some new builds in the Phoenix area in the high to mid 300ks. Do you see prices going under 300k by the end of the year or maybe early 2025?

@@devaughnj510 Not really. We held on during the thick and it's soooo many buyers waiting on the sidelines. It's tough to find homes under $400 frfr. We'll see. It's going to be interesting for sure.

The further west you move, you may be able to find houses around 300k. You won't find anything nice in Phoenix for 300k. You may be able to find a house with good bones on certain areas of Tucson if you don't mind putting some sweat equity into it.
