I truly enjoyed the tour of the home. But the family togetherness is what was the biggest display to me. I am so proud of this brother and his wife for what they are doing. Everyone knows their place and role. I have seen tons of nice homes, but the families are a professional mess. This family is tight, and you can tell that there is love within those walls.

I bought the same type of house in Laveen for cash at $104,000...in 2009 short sale. Mine was a 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 patios, 1 balcony, 2 living rooms and 1 loft, 3000 square feet, 2 garage car, wash room and large granite island. 3 walk in closets, The pool was parked. Big pantry. High effenciey AC and master bedroom had 2 walk in closets. And 2 toilets, shower and large tub. But I was so glad to sell it in 2015. Currently worth $700,000+ This house is beautiful and great for a fun family.

I had a regular screen made for my glass block window in the master bath. The screen made a huge difference and cut down the sun glare. The screen still allowed enough light in and it wasn't a dark room, even at night. Beautiful home.

Yeah, if you want this vibe in your neighborhood then Maricopa is full of it. It's in the middle of nowhere relative to anything substantial. Plus, 347 traffic is an absolutely nightmare if you have a job.

Beautiful home!! They are blessed! First couple seconds I heard landscapers racket as the hell stricken sound track of the Phoenix metro. And the big garage as the entry and facade lining the streets, reminding me that I want to move to Florida, but this house inside is awesome once you get indoors. Nice pool, good thing the neighbors are chill because they all can see from their bedrooms into the backyards.

Been in Phoenix all my life . Have two investment properties in Maricopa .lived in Copa for 2 years had to come back to Phoenix Definitely a good location to buy IF you don't mind being 16 miles from the city and IF You're ok with lots of traffic going into to Maricopa after your day of work. One highway going in & out & if one minor thing happens it causes major traffic issues . Back route out is Casa grande but a Major inconvenience.. Good lil variety of shopping & eateries etc.

Their home is beautiful. Only thing I would say is to get a pool cover or fence for safety with small children and boarding dogs as a side business. It can't hurt because you can never be to safe with little one. It's absolutely spacious and I agree with Big Super it's nice to see a big family in the home. They got a great deal.

We live in Copa and it's really diverse. That's the best part about it to me. Like he said the neighbors are cool. We do have one that calls the cops about my son's loud mustang though. Houses are still affordable. Cons are that they're building a million houses, but retail is way behind and can't keep up with demand. That forces us to either go to Casa Grande, Chandler or Phoenix to shop. THE treacherous 347 is the biggest con. 12 miles of 2 lane hwy. One way in, one way out. So if there's an accident you could be stuck to go nowhere for hrs. I've had to go back home several times because I couldn't get out of Maricopa from any direction. Which that just happened recently. It's good for kids and there's park's and other in town entertainment for them. If you like AZ it's cool. I'm moving out of AZ cause it's not for me, but could be a vibe for someone else.

Beautiful home and perfect for a growing family. Maricopa looks like a nice community from what I’ve seen lately. I’d rather live there than Phoenix. Phoenix has gone downhill in the last 10-15 years. I live north of carefree hwy. still nice out here, crime starting to creep in though. East valley is crazy expensive, I wouldn’t live there. Peoria is too crowded. Maricopa seems ideal. Thanks for letting us tour your beautiful home ❤

We have made the hard choice to buy a nice 42ft RV to live in. Our payment is half of what we paid for rent. We pay next to nothing to park it in a friends backyard rd that has RV hookups.
