Mine is just under 300k, I know it’ll sail past that and more too. Working on the maintenance list so that it stays in great shape. I really want to find a complete set of those steelies like you’ve got, and the mud flaps. Where did you get those red and clear taillights from?

Hey, since you have the newer facelifted first gen. How are you running the earlier first gen taillights? The newer first gen’s have more of a bubbly styled taillights while earlier are flat like yours. I’ve bought same ones as your from amazon and they don’t fit. Thanks!

Hey! So these tail lights are from eBay, and what I did is, I de-pinned the pig tail and re arranged the wires according to the old tail lights to be able to run the earlier taco tails.

Naw the 4 banger should be just fine! As for the engine bay I just spray purple power all over it and pressure wash it then blow dry it with a leaf blower

Dude, your truck is amazing!! Do you think it’s safe to buy a 2004 Tacoma with 219K miles.. with no CARFAX maintenance history? It looks very clean aesthetically as far as body/interior.. but I wish I could see maintenance history. It’s listed over $17K.. crazy! Hard decision! There’s one I found listed at $13K with less miles (170K) but it has an oil leak so not sure about that one.
