He emerged as the champion of a show he says he never expected to win - it's certainly been a life-changing year for Lee Ridley.
The stand up comedian from Newcastle shot to fame in April, when he first auditioned as Lost Voice Guy on Britain's Got Talent.
Now, he wants to use his voice to change people's perceptions of those with disabilities. Jess Nevin shares his story.
