Not Anna, but they sell antibacterial sprays for makeup palettes. They're usually used by professional makeup artists who are using the same palettes on multiple people. They just spray the palettes religiously between clients. But anyone can buy those sprays and you can use them on any pressed eyeshadows, blushes, bronzers, etc you're giving away. Pump bottles are also pretty inherently sanitary. Things like lightly-used cream eyeshadows or lip balms in tins can usually be sprayed, the top layer removed, and sprayed again. The things that can't be disinfected are things like liquid lipsticks, mascaras or gels with spongy applicators that get dipped back in bottles.
