I have the AWE Touring on my sedan. There is really nothing like it on the market. It needs to be heard in person to truly appreciate it... NO RASP AT ALL! Crackles, pops, etc... quiet when you need it to be, and loud when you get on it.

I have a ‘20 Si Coupe as well and as much as I wanted a Ti exhaust, had to go with AWE because nothing really on the market in titanium. Felt like I have gone backwards from my past 3 vehicles, miss the huge weight loss. The AWE Track model is pretty nice and just a bit lighter.

Just did a PRL Catted Downpipe, and an AWE Touring Exhaust. And oh man... oooooh man. It is loud. Almost too loud (and the touring version is more quiet than the Track Exhaust). The note is SO sick and the turbo gurgles are so loud. You'll definitely grab attention from it lol.

oh and do yourself a favor: get the PRL Cold Air Intake. No other brands. If you ever decide to tune your car later with KTuner or Hondata you can get more power with it, and it's built better (google the Injen or AEM ones and see what I mean). Not to mention, if you do the E85 conversion (I just did mine) KTuner can push 270+ WHP with literally just the PRL Intake, a full exhaust, and a tune.

But as far as exhaust goes: The real sound comes from the downpipe. It's the biggest factor when it comes to tune and sound itself (not so much volume)

HKS is really nice too, but Ive heard the drone is pretty bad. Just depends on your preference if you dont mind drone then HKS is perfect. I know MA took in to consideration not having too much drone when they made their exhaust.

Someday maybe pop a couple pinstripes on the sides ...when I bought my 2015 Si coupe (RIP :( ) brand new it had sharp white pinnies they looked really good. Black, white or maybe even a type of red would look good on your vehicle. I also had a nice ambient LED lighting system in my footwells and console in front of my shifter in my '15. Just an amazing and inexpensive touch. If I end up getting the black coupe over the Camry TRD I think I'll either let it go without pins or pop a couple red ones on, since red is the overall accent theme color of the entire car. If I'm patient enough, I might even hold off and wait to see what the expected 2022 redesign looks like.....

@@Camhill182 March 26 I was sitting at a red light heading to work here in Pennsylvania when I heard the screeching of tires and before I could turn my head to react....BAM! Gal was probably on her cellphone paying no attention to the road in front of her and nailed my rear passenger side , destroying the suspension in the process. It's helped me pay off alot of credit debt , not having a car payment. But damn I still miss it alot. 9th generation very underrated!

@@Camhill182 Yeah I know what you mean...loved that my 15 coupe had the touchscreen AND the CD player which to me is still a big bonus. Loved how the console and instrumentation kind of wrapped around the driver even the screen angled towards me. And as I've said before I really dug the two tier instrument panel. Had about 75000 when the gal hit me. As far as the 2020 I did find your "review" of the clutch coming off a stop to be interesting. I test drive the 10th gen about 3 times now and I do seem to remember, like you said, you need to give a little acceleration when coming off the clutch to help it engage, which wasn't the case with my 9th gen. Hope im a happy camper if I eventually go with the 20 or 21 coupe (black)👍

Big warning budd, modding intake and other physical items to increase power will do nothing for you since the 2020 CIVIC SI now has a power target for 205... you have to tune your car to allow for your mods to benefit you. Good news is you will feel the difference when tuned. I bought my 2020 civic SI aegean blue on december the 20th... and after installing my prl short ram cold air intake I dropped boost to make up for the power added. I AVERAGE 12-13psi.. so i took it back off and saw 16-17 psi again. No power difference as far as I could tell. I did however fell the turbo spoil up much faster. I hope this helps... this was also confirmed by civicx forums if you were wondering. *edit* i dont think 16-19 had power targets although I didnt own them nor did I research them.

​@@Camhill182 Interesting... this doesn't explain the loss of boost... keep in mind all that I changed was from map sensor to short ram. I still don't understand why I lost boost with the PRL addons. Please someone enlighten me to why this was happening? I live in east texas.. it could have been cooler out side that night than the night before maybe. It was about 35-45f that day. Today it was about 60-75f and I saw at most 14-15 psi ... I am at total loss with this lol. I get that it will change depending on the conditions so maybe during summer with 100f temps I should see 16-17psi again.. Idk.. I give up.

If you still are looking at which to buy I’d get an Si just because they’re more reliable according to a couple people I know that drive the subi. Just do some research and you’ll see why people blow their engine on the wrx because they have stock internals and won’t hold up very well with a tune and a lot of bolt ons. If you did get the wrx just take care of it and it’ll be a dope reliable ride 👍🏾

Cameron Hill It’s really not. I did it on my 17 si and kept the resonator. It crackles and pops and sounds real. The good thing is it costs nothing to do that. So if you were planning on getting an aftermarket anyway and you hate it why not. I sold mine. Bought a type R and had it for like 8 months then realized its not worth it in NE and just bought a 2020 si. Will prob get rid of the mufflers again. Do some reasearch on resonators too, you can prob get what your looking for there. But honestly it provides the best sound Ive heard and that’s keeping stock piping.

You do not need to upgrade anything to put on an exhaust with this car. It will compensate for the added airflow without having to tune. You can do the exhaust and intercooler and CAI without tuning, but it wont result in astonishing power. Itll be 20-30 hp, according to PRL which you can find on their website
