What are some things you plan to use in 2025 for your bible reading and studying? 🤍
@tracisspace7 күн бұрын
Oh man, I really loved the Bible recap when I first did it 2 years ago. I just said I wasn’t buying anything else bc I have 3 bibles and a commentary and idk I just don’t want to over consume BUT the first recap you showed looks like it’d be a great asset to Bible study. I too am focusing on my own studies, I feel as believers we should be in the word for ourselves bc how would we know if someone is misusing the word if we’re not in it. I may have to break my word and grab that recap! I also have been using the Tony Evans Commentary and agree that it is a great tool! Subbing!

It’s a really great resource! I’ve used it all throughout the year with all my Bible studies, I highly recommend it. I fully agree! I really want to know the word for myself. I see now how some may misuse or teach the word out of context and how important it is to always go back and refer to scripture after sermons and others studies. Yes! This is by far my favorite Bible commentary I’ve used so far. Thanks so much for watching & subscribing! Welcome to the fam 💕

I started an online women's Bible study on my channel and was using the read through the bible in one year plan to guide my lessons. I was looking for someone who may have a PDF version and stumbled upon your channel. Now I'm realizing that there are many read through the bible in one year plans but I'm glad so many others are gearing up to get through the bible together in the new year. Keep doing the Lord's work sis:)

I did a chronological this year with the Word and the Wild with Owen Wild. It was great. I plan to do another year with the ESV and Kanoe and the Bible Recap study guide. I’m the same way as you and have bought so much stuff that idk where to begin! I also reminding myself to use what I have already! I’ve also been trying to use my library apps to save books I want to read.

Oh nice! I’ve never heard of it, I’ll have to look it up. I’m glad you enjoyed it, congratulations on completing it that’s an amazing accomplishment! I hope you enjoy the Bible recap and Kanoe! Finding her KZbin channel was so on time for me this year. It is very hard to not buy so much because there’s so many great resources available lol! Ooo that is smart to do! I’ll definitely have to try that to try and save some money on books & even utilize audible for some audiobooks.

Looking forward to exploring more of your videos-keep up the amazing work! 🤍🕊 P.S. I think you have such beautiful coloured eyes, they match your CSB note taking Bible! 🥹

I’m absolutely LOVING the idea of diving into those OT/NT journaling 📖✨ so I’m definitely nagging that (I got on the email list for the OT one lol) -especially with Bible applications in the mix 🙌🏾. It’s such a powerful way to stay intentional and connected 🕊️. I write BIG too 😂, so I totally get the struggle! This year, I’m switching it up with 0.05 pens 🖊️ to see if it helps me keep things more compact 📝 yet still visible. This year was my FIRST time reading the Bible in a year 🎉🙏🏽, and honestly, it was such a meaningful accomplishment 🥹✨. But this year, I’m feeling called to go even deeper 🌊🔥. I’m so excited to incorporate some Illustrated Faith goodies 🎨📌 and add a prayer binder to the mix 💒🗂️. My goal isn’t just to read for understanding but to truly elevate my prayer life 🙏🏾🕊️ and strengthen that connection ❤️. Let’s make this year even more transformational 🚀🙌🏾!
@KaylynneJ8 күн бұрын
Yes!! They are such a great resource to have so I’m making sure I use them this year! I was surprised it was sold out - hopefully they’ll be back in stock soon for you! I need to get some 0.05 pens lol I thought 0.07 would do it but I still write too big 😅 Congratulations!! That is such an amazing accomplishment and I’m sure it was impactful on your year 👏🏾 I’d love to know what illustrated resources you will be using! I have some coloring books I hope to utilize in my morning quiet time or with my daughter this year. A prayer binder is a great thing to have! I started intentionally prayer journaling this year and it’s been amazing to see God work throughout the year. You have some great goals, 2025 will definitely be transformational in Jesus’ name 🙌🏾🙏🏽

I've been watching so many 2025 bible study plans, I really loved yours. I added the last book you showed to my cart, and I am looking forward to that. I enjoyed Kanoe this year and was going to revisit the videos only because I couldn't keep up with reading and watching them. I am doing the 52-week Christ in all the Scriptures by Daily Grace Co. Thank you for sharing. Blessings!
@KaylynneJ9 күн бұрын
Thank you!! I definitely think it’s gonna be a great book. Kanoe is great & her videos are so helpful and easy to follow along to! I may listen to a few here and there based on how my study is going especially since I’ll be using the Bible recap reading plan. & I hope you enjoy it! That was one of the resources I wanted to get 😅 I look forward to seeing people use it this year & would love to hear how you end up liking it! God bless & thank you so much for watching 💕

I to will be doing the Bible recap. I started in July and didn’t finish. My goal is to be intentional and complete it this time!

How do you like Christ in All of Scriptures? Is it beginner-friendly and is it setup by book, chapter or verse?
@DebLavern6 күн бұрын
@MahoganyBelle I am looking forward to this study. It does not go book by book. But it will cover a lot of scripture. Daily Grace Co. is known for user-friendly and esthetically pleasing Christ centered material. There is plenty of room to right in the studies as well, and it's very detailed in explaining the purpose behind the study. I pray the good Lord blesses you in whatever you study this upcoming year; God willing. Blessings!

@ Awesome! I plan on purchasing the set. I continue to hear great things about Daily Grace Co. I love the Word of God & I’m visual, so pretty Bible study materials are a nice touch. Thanks so much. I pray you have a blessed holiday season✝️

If you ever don’t have enough room for notes just tip in more paper! I also have a main note taking Bible and another for devotionals and a study Bible.

Yes! That’s exactly what I’m going to have to do! It is so nice to have a main bible & another one for other reasons 😊

The Bible Recap has been a game changer for my Bible reading life. I read through the Bible in a different translation each year and this year I'm going to use the ESV spiral jounaling Bible for this purpose in 2025. I'd like to do some stand alone studies with my church this year, too. :o)
@KaylynneJ3 күн бұрын
Yes, it is one of my favorite resources for Bible reading! Wow, that’s a great idea to do different translations every year. I definitely would like to get an entire spiral bible in the future! Thank you so much for watching 💕

Hi 👋 I got the Crossway Interleaved Bible for more note-taking space and to keep everything in one place. The plan is to stick with this Bible for years. I also picked up The Bible Knowledge Commentary because I wanted something more focused on context rather than life application-like you, I really want to spend more time on personal study and deeper insights.
@KaylynneJ7 күн бұрын
Hi! 😊 I’ll have to look into that Bible and Bible commentary you have. I love having ample space for note-taking in my Bible. I hope everything is able to help you accomplish your goal! I am definitely excited to learn more and be more intentional in my study time 🙏🏽

I have a csb study bible too. As you said I'm not leaving it either. It has big font I like the study notes and since english is not my first language it's easy for me to understand the text
@KaylynneJ8 күн бұрын
It took me quite a few translations to try before finding the CSB, but it is really the best one for me as well! I’m glad you also enjoy it & it’s easy for you to understand 😊

I have so many Bibles but a lot don’t have red letter which I do much prefer. I wish I could get past that. Also, I loved your video with all your recommendations and pretty journals. I couldn’t get my drop down to work for this video. What/who were the thin studies by towards the end? Blessings for a wonderful year in the Lord!
@KaylynneJ3 күн бұрын
Yes same! I prefer the red letter too and have noticed so many do not have it and I never understand why. Thank you so much for watching! 😊 The Old And New Testament journals are by Passionate Penny Pincher. They are currently sold out of the Old Testament ones but the New Testament ones are available on their website and on Amazon! amzn.to/3DsgIVj

Thanks for sharing your Bible study materials!❤ I started reading the New Testament in 2018. Currently, I’m reading the Bible in chronological order. From the beginning, I never wanted to hear or be influenced by someone else’s understanding/interpretation of the Word. I only want to hear the Holy Spirit.❤. However, I do look up wording/phrases that confuse me, watch videos, and read different Bible versions to get a better understanding. Where did you get the Bible journals from?
@KaylynneJ8 күн бұрын
Of course! I have read most of the New Testament so I really want to dive more into the Old Testament now. I’m excited to read the Bible in chronological order. That’s good! I definitely understand now how important it is to just read the word and let the Holy Spirit lead. It’s nice to have other resources to supplement like you said to get a better understanding on things that may be confusing. I linked everything in my description! I got the journals from Amazon but they are sold out of the Old Testament ones. I linked the exact website for the company that makes them for when they are back in stock (Passionate Penny Pincher) ☺️

I'm using The James Method for study. That includes verse mapping, Chapter Studies and word studies. As for reading I'm using Matthew Everhard's reading plan.

Hello, I have came across your channel. I heard nothing but good things about Lysa Terkeurst. I am going to read the Bible through a year, but I am starting off where I left off. I was using the Bible Recap, but I might just use the Bible Recap study guide. I am reading the Bible straight through and not in order. I love read books by Charles Stanley and Stormie Omartian.
@KaylynneJ7 күн бұрын
Yes, she is great! That’s a great plan for the year. I started the study guide today and it actually was very good & challenging. I find both of the guides great to use together. I actually have books by both of them on my list to read! 😊
