I couldn't tell if it was as in depth as their others. I have been looking at the Behold study since last year and I think I've finally convinced myself that I'm ready for that kind of commitment. I bought the Story of Redemption vol 1 last year, and then realized I wasn't fully prepared to start deep diving the OT right off the bat lol. I am looking at going through daily Grace John Come and See. I love their studies so much. I am looking forward to your reading plan!!!

I just recently ordered the Bible Study handbook and I completely agree. It is a gorgeous resource. I haven't gone through it all but glanced through it. But from what I have seen, I think it would make a great resource for Christians of all stages of their walk. I'm also debating on getting that 4 book set. I might wait until black Friday and see if they have any additional sales going on since that will be when I'll be getting my Christmas bonus at work 😁

Hi! You have such a well thought out plan. I have been interested in digging deep into bible prophecy, those that have been fulfilled and those that are yet to come. I wonder if this study of Jesus throughout the Bible might touch on that or would help me see any of that. But either way I'm totally interested in this because I've observed that many times we focus on one or the other and have pushed aside seeing the importance of the Old Covenant and the connections their are to the New Covenant. Thank you for sharing. You inspire me to get my act together for next year.

Messianic prophecy will feature in this study for sure. As far as prophecy yet to be fulfilled, I’m not sure how much might be covered or mentioned in this one. Yes, there definitely needs to between the OT and NT. They’re part of the same story and we need both! 😁

This is the first time I have come across your video and I have to say it was in God's plan. I just really started using study plans and books. I just brought one to study The book of Samuel and the bibile in one year. i said I was not buying any more bible studying books this month to myself. Came on youtube for something else and saw you and watch this video. Guess what,just brought the set to do my Bible study for next year,not sorry. Ooh I was about to order this DGCo 4 volume study but just found out that it uses the CSB translation, and I use thenESV. How do you plan on using this study if you typically read a different translation?

I currently mostly use the ESV. But I'm just going to follow along and mark up the scripture that's right on the page as is. When I'm given a reference to read in my actual Bible, I'll read it in the ESV or the CSB or whatever translation I decide to use that day. When a Bible study is written using a translation I may not typically use, I just read along using whatever translation I want. Hope that helps! 😁

There is only one version of the set and the Bible translations used are NIV and CSB. But you can always use whatever translation you prefer, alongside the book 👍🏽 My plan only has the scripture references not the actual verses on the pages so you can read/write/study using the Bible of your choice 😁

The scripture in the 4-volume set are taken from the CSB and NIV. To my knowledge, the Daily Grace Co. doesn’t produce any resources that solely use the KJV.
