I'm with you on the Seaguar fluro. Helps tube flies sink quicker and it props up the trailing hook very nicely.

I’m a big fan of Seaguar as well, My hook up ratio has increased when swinging flies. Gotta love those tube flies.

@ most of the time I’m using the Max Power skagit head. I also use the Max Launch if I know I am going to want more distance for a run. I’m still unsure what type of water I would use the pick pocket in?

Winston AIR with Abel Spey reels is my jam….personally never use t-11

Never really found a line I liked with the R8 1730. Rod was a bit of a noodle for me.

It can be tough to find the right line for that rod but I think I've got it figured out now, I'm happy with my current setup.
