I've wrecked the front of my suabru twice by hitting a deer. I've always rebuilt it because I never wanted the car to go. It's not as pretty as it originally was but it's close and it's still my car with all the memories I've made in it. I love watching you videos and seeing progress. I originally found the whole wreck scenario on some Instagram page that shared it and now here I am

Hey man love the caliber of this project. Get yourself a few Roloc Bristle Discs by 3M. They are a lifesaver for weld prep and paint removal. you can get into all the weird spots easier. I have removed all the paint from an s-chassis engine bay with one disc in about 1 hour. Best disc I have ever used.

Good Job, you are giving inspiration to tons of people who want be the do ers instead of the nay sayers. I have learned from doing rust repairs on my datsun that if you can make the new panel have a flowing curved edge instead of sharp 90 degree cuts it will be a stronger joint because it wont have a sharp change in direction, also install your trans mount in the tunnel before you weld it onto your car to help keep its shape. keep it up

@05:16 I learned to live and let be, of course the obvious is just to simply do a shell swap, imo if you really love what you have and have a deeper purpose then shoot hard for your goal work at your pace and make it what you want, its your world brother, don't let weakness dictate anything, you already know that, I seen that the moment you decided to fix this car all over again, I would never question the path you chose, its a quality that is lost by many today and an honor to see you uphold it to this extent, I have a 95 240sx bought it for $1,500, people offer me $6,000+ for it but I tell them straight, this car is part of my extension, I won't part from it or do what people tell me with it, they say why do I have a sound system its adding extra weight, I say I don't care, I want to enjoy my ride how I want to, I'm not about the drift life and don't care about what others do with their car, look how many 240sx end up looking the same way overtime, its because they are following everyone else, yours will stand out decades from now, keep it going, don't let the story die its yours

yoooo, greetings from Australia. i've been following the vids for a while now, but originally found your drift photo's (post crash) on insta and had to see more. this car, this journey is inspiring my man. I've been worried about a fist sized piece of rust in a b210 fastback i own for literal years and just not touching it because i might ruin something, but watching you do this much to save this car, kinda made me feel stupid. the works not done, but at least the rust is finally cut from the rear quarter of the car! props to everything your doing and i can't wait to see it live again.

Just an idea to make the car roll straight: maybe buid a simple 'frame' on which you would bolt the chassis in mounting points of front suspension all the way to the back suspension. It could sit on that frame trough the welding process so it wouldn't turn out somehow twisted or something making the car not drive right. PS: Its amazing that you didnt let that 240 die

I've got the whole front conversion for my 93 Vert I been collecting since October and I spent 6hrs doing old school hammering dings out and unrolling them. Got em primered and now to sand and recoat! It'll be an Aztec Red Vert with black bumper, fenders and BNIB OEM style Seibon Carbon fiber hood with dual projectors!! Gotta save up for Two-tone red/grey but imma rock the shit out of it primered till then 😆. Another good vid bro! Do what you love and ignore them haters! 💪💪💪
