For staining on a white tee, even old ones, take some blue dawn dishwashing liquid and put a squirt directly on it. Follow that with a bit of hydrogen peroxide and a little oxygen bleach powder. Gently scrub with a toothbrush and let sit for a few hours or overnight, then wash as usual. I’ve never had a stain remain with this method. 😊

I do this but with dawn, baking soda, and a little water + gently scrub with a toothbrush. Works like a charm. 😊 I also suggest the faster you treat the stain the less harder it is to remove. I left a favorite white tee stained in the laundry bin for a few days and I haven’t been able to get the stains out. I still wear it under overalls. Nobody will know 😅
