Hi there! Just dropping by here to give you an idea regarding your closet if you're interested :D Since the space up there is so high up and you can't really see the top anyway, you can buy and extendable shower rail and use it as a hanger bar! To avoid slips you could use double sided tape (the material-like kind). That's what i did and it works wonders :)

Zdárec, no tak dostal jsem se k tomu přes školu, protože studuju Japanologii na Karlovce. Třeba od nás ze třídy letělo do Japonska tenhle rok asi 6 lidí a dalších několik se chystá ten příští. Když se člověku poštěstí (třeba jako mně), tak mu k tomu daj i nemalý stipendium.

I’m thinking about moving to Japan (not settled on where) with a friend in a few months and I have a few questions. I was looking for a cheap apartment online and I’ve found several for around 20,000-30,000 ¥ but I feel this might be too cheap and misleading. Also I’ve read places that many landlords do not rent to foreigners? Hoping you could help clear some of this up for me thank you so much in advance.
