My 2nd Hair Transplant in Turkey | Step by Step Process

Today (16th Sept 2021) is 11th day for me and my friend after our first HT done from Vera Clinic and 100% agree with what is mentioned in this video. I am a Tennessee, USA resident. I was planning for a HT since 2016. Did loads and loads of research before deciding to get it done in Vera clinic. I am not getting paid for this comment and writing this comment just because I understand what hair loss can do to all of us. From day1 of my enquiry with Vera clinic till this minute, my experience is beyond expectation. Pricing in US is way too high and results were not spectacular. I was thinking about getting it done India to keep the cost low. I have absolutely no concerns about the success rate of my procedure and already planning my second surgery after six months for crown area. Also researching on what hair style to go with after 9-10 months from now :). The clinic assigned consultant will be constantly in touch with you and ready to answer any questions you may have. From the minute you land till your safe drop off at the Airport on return, every minute is well planned and executed to perfection. Not even a single confusion about what next and we were kept at extreme comfort level without any panic. On the same day we met 2 men from Boston, 1 from Chicago and 1 guy from Ireland came for HT. Few take away from our Turkey experience: 1. Carry a power adapter if you are from outside of Europe 2. Language could be a problem sometimes, keep a mobile app to translate to Turkish which will be helpful. 3. Never felt unsafe while moving around Istanbul 4. If you have the time and stretch your budget a little more, plan for a week (5 days min) trip. You will be more comfortable and less risk to damage transplanted hair getting damaged accidentally in plane. 5. Avoid travelling alone because after surgery you need help wash your hair as advised by the clinic. 6. Keep some extra cash to purchase medicines prescribed after HT for 6 months. 7. You will have WiFi connect at hotel. it would be nice to have mobile service enabled. Any questions other than pricing, glad to help from my experience. Best of luck guys.. Hari Menon

Really like your authenticity I am in my early 20s and my hair started thinning as it runs in the family but due to some care I do it has stopped temporarily. In future I will have to go for a transplant I am sure about that This vid really helped me to know the process a bit more Cheers

My hair started thinning in my early 20s too. I will be 40 next year and I'm at bald as Jason Statham. If I were you I would wait until I'm done losing my hair and then get the transplant. Otherwise you might have to get a second transplant just from losing more hair naturally.

If you are going to have a transplant, it is better that you wait until the age of 25 is more recommended

Hey, sure, the donor area matter a lot. But in order to be 100% sure if your hair quality is good or not I would suggest to check with the doctor, by spending few photos of your head. You can send it directly to the clinic or send it on my personal email address

We had a zoom call before the intervention and they did an estimate, but during the transplant they were able to extract slightly more than initially estimated.

i contacted the same clinic and im almost 1 year post my 1 surgery i have the same thickness and crown like you and they said i wasnt eligible for another hair transplant because i wasnt bald enough. how did you do it with them?

I think you needed two transplants because you were missing a lot of hair, maybe if you weren't missing so much hair, a transplant would have been necessary. I'm going to have a transplant in Mexico. I'm going to pay 3,000 dollars thank for share you videos
