Hi Sir, I am glad that I found this video that give me further advise to continue my Algo Trading. btw I am Crypto Algo Trader, I make and code unique set of Strategies in a different market conditions. In the past, I only have a algo strategy that follows on a trend markets but from time to time, I realized that it does not work and only makes me small to no profits at all. So I decided to plan to make another algo strategy recently and hoping that this will give me boost to my profits with the helps of proper optimization and lessons from my past mistakes. I chose to make strategy and code with myself hopefully this will work.

Hi Etienne, Great channel. I really like your content. Was wondering about how much generally it’d costs to get an algo coded by someone?
@DesireToTRADE2 жыл бұрын
My coder generally charges $2-3k for it. You can find cheaper but usually the guy won’t be a trader and you’ll run into issues.

If 5% a month is “pretty normal” put 500k now and in 20 years you should have like 61 billion. That puts you in like the 17th richest man in the world!

If you can't do it that's your own problem.
@longliveisraeltv2 жыл бұрын
Sir, that is something my 8 year old would tell me. You can’t even get the liquidity to trade that much. That’s why small trading firms can get up to 40% returns instead of 15-24% Berkshire Hathaway. The harder it gets to retain the same returns trading with larger capital. Why would you even comment this, to discourage beginner traders.
@orenmi62 жыл бұрын
@@longliveisraeltv Ok you are right. But let’s say you have an algo that can do 5% a month, if I use 200k with it I can generate 10k a month and withdraw them so it won’t grow up to a point where liquidity is a problem. I still make 10k a month which is like a very nice salary without even working. When and if someone have an algo that can do that the last thing they are going to do is to go and sell it because at the moment enough people will use it it will stop working…This is why I doubt it strongly.

So the point i dont understand, if there r algo trading that Works That means u can scale it up to infinite amount, because of compound interest So every one had to be a billionaire who gets how it works That dont make sense for me
@DesireToTRADE2 жыл бұрын
You technically could do this, but not in 1 day. Any strategy can be scaled up over times, but slowly. There are going to be times & market conditions where your strategy doesn't perform too well. And you need to keep the risk low to not blow your account. Even if you were able to scale it up, you still need more capital. Making $1M/year might require you to have $5-10M in capital. I'm not quite there yet.
