I just "traded for love". Traded 2 guitars for one guitar I've been wanting for years. Lost about $100 on the deal, but my friend is happy he got 2 guitars that I never played anymore, and I got a guitar I love...WIN-WIN!

Without trading, I would not be able to run my channel especially in India, where manufacturers or distributors don't send squat to KZbinrs. Also the video revenue doesn't justify new purchases with the 20 to 30 percent mark down on the cost. But thankfully the journey has been fun.

I agree. My channel is still very small, so trading is an important part of getting different gear on the channel. I'm hitting the subscribe button on your channel. Every little bit helps

In my limited trading of gear, trading and up and trading for love have gone hand in hand. I sometimes miss what I've traded, but I definitely prefer what I got

If someone has to be told that trading a Squire for a Gibson is a "trade up" or vise versa, they shouldn't be trading. Wish I had a store where people brought in a Les Paul and wanted a Squire even up. Does that actually ever happen? Sounds good.

Thanks for the great vids dude. My rule is never trade in some gear unless you feel compelled to do so for a good long time 1st. Years ago, trading my Strat for my Taylor would have been devastatingly short sighted. This year, it was a great move. GL ladies and gents.
