If you have a lot of gas, try to drink RYZE mushroom coffee because it helps with your stomach stinking gas and Bloated because my husband is 51, and he drink it helps him.

To the lady with uncontrollable gas passing. Maybe change your diet. Certain foods cause more gas. Eat cleaner. Like more veggies. Hope you find a solution. I can only imagine how hard it is for you.

Probiotic yogurt drink help her use bathroom well. Kombucha also, very helpful using bathroom smoothly and sleep well too. She need to eat lots of green or vegetables, less meat will help that fart go away.

To the farting sister.. try taking probiotic pill or probiotic drinks. Also make sure you are pooping regularly like once a day. If your bowels are not regular then talk to your doctor about laxatives to help. Pay attention to the type of food you eat that may cause more gas like fatty food or sometime could be dairy products. Good luck!
