I appreciate your comment. Thank you Honestly, what I've seen so far , that in Georgia it's impossible to find two absolutely similar apartment/houses , they all have differences. Especially compering to Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan projects. In these countries of former USSR there are lots of typical projects and they are much more standardized. As I see people in Georgia make buildings and flats as they can/feel. More freedom

You can try to check FB groups, there are some with apartments. And also it depends on time you want to come. Now there is new year celebration coming. And prices go high for this week or two.

Not sure I'd want to be around with all the Russian aggression and protests. Otherwise, it looks like a nice place from what I've seen of it over the years.
