I had no idea there was a site where you can get custom plugs. I need some now. Haha. The dark wood is really cool. I don't own any wood plugs or tunnels yet, just surgical steel, silicone, and acrylic. Seeing this makes me want some wood pieces!

I’m in the middle of stretching up my goal right now is half an inch I’m currently at 6g and I adore those old school panther plugs 👍🏻🎉 I’ll have to get myself a pair I just don’t wanna buy nice ones until I hit my goal size thanks for the cool content!

I thought the same thing. Always had cheap basic ones while stretching 😀

What's the next size up from 1/2 inch? Imm wearing half inch plugs and they are falling out

Great plugs, Sonny. I loved the new Arreat Summit plugs. More refined in my opinion. Completely out of topic: I bought a lot of Brazilian popular chocolates and forgot them in my car under the Sun. I think you know what happened... It all melted down to the liquid point, haha. I'll have to figure out how to send all those candies to Sweden without losing quality in the trip. A big hug to you and all my health wishes to Kat!

Do you have any plug recommendations for larger sized ears to keep them nice and healthy? I’m one stretch away from 30mm which is my goal size and I want to make sure that I am wearing the best type of plugs to prevent them from getting damaged
@SonnySvensson6 жыл бұрын
Its all different from person to person. There is so many materials though so just try your way. For me wood works great aswell as metal. My ears can get a little irritation from some kinds of silicone

Sonny Svensson that’s great, cheers for the advice sonny!

A random tip in case you wanted it, don’t be fooled by companies telling “semi precious” stone plugs like Opalite, it is glass and is man made. Not stone, and not worth lots. (I say this because it’s a very popular type of plug/tunnel and people get suckered into playing lots for something the company paid next to nothing for)

I love Stretch it! I actually found out about them in one of Kat's videos! And I have a kit and jojoba oil from them too. What I found a little different that their jojoba oil if has a salty smell ,and for example the jojoba oil from UK custom plugs dont have that. Also I like silicone ear skins and the owl plugs 😊

What method have you used for stretching your ears? I'm at 22mm right now and I'm just wondering. I have just let my ears stretch naturally from the weight of the plugs I wear (and pulling them occasionally, not really with stretching in mind but it's just something I do, kinda like playing with piercings) but it's not enough to stretch it to 24mm. It's hard to find in-between sizes like 23mm, that's why I'd like to know. :)
@snottgrrll6 жыл бұрын
ミニーバニリー have you tried using tape? Masking tape and medical tape have worked wonders for me when a stretch has been difficult. Just wrap a layer of tape over a plug and every few weeks add another layer until you’ve reached the desired size
@SonnySvensson6 жыл бұрын
Yes. Just like she said. Tape is very good when you reach the bigger sizes

Hey sonny, my favourite are the wood half tunnels. How do you find people in europe react to your plugs / ears? People generally dont seem to care too much or notice here in australia (at least at smaller sizes), but i was wondering if it was the same over there or if people are weird about them?
@SonnySvensson6 жыл бұрын
It's definitely more normal than what it was 10 years ago. So less reaktion but still a few that find it interesting haha

I love these, all I have right now in mine is silicone ones 😖 I lost all my other ones and the silicone is so horrible on my ears, and dries them out like crazy. I have to get some more plugs soon

As someone who is looking to start stretching my ears what method of stretching to you recommend the most when starting. As in either getting pierced with a 3mm needle at the beginning or getting my ears pierced normally and then starting to stretch them. Also which did you do? Also love those Arreat Summit plugs, they look awesome
@baileywilliams31976 жыл бұрын
David Sloane this is my second time stretching back up and I reccomend tapers stretching until about a 0g and then I would tape after that for bigger sizes and make sure u use the steel tapers and tunnels when stretching gotta keep thos ears healthy! Good luck!
@snottgrrll6 жыл бұрын
For smaller sizes I definitely recommend using masking tape or medical tape! Once your ear is healed after getting it pierced, either use the jewellery in your ear or invest in some steel plugs (I don’t recommend anything acrylic or silicone for fresh stretches at all) Every few weeks wrap a layer of tape over the jewellery and keep adding layers to it over time, this will slowly (but healthily) stretch your ears. I used this method in the beginning and after 10mm which I believe is 00g I’m not too sure, I started dead stretching which is stretching using a plug which is 1 or 2mm larger than the previous size. Tapers are okay for an initial stretch if they aren’t acrylic but if you do choose to use tapers please don’t keep them in as jewellery, it’ll weigh down the back of your ears and make them a very funny shape and can also cause blowouts which are a pain in the ass
@SonnySvensson6 жыл бұрын
I started at 3. Then I Went milimeter by milimeter. When i reached bigger sizes tape is very useful

I’m at 11mm and my goal size is 19mm but I keep getting scared of being judged if I do stretch up because stretched ears aren’t common in my school. How do I get over it and stretch anyway?
@snottgrrll6 жыл бұрын
Jazminalizea don’t worry about other people’s opinions gal! The only person who’s opinion matters when it comes to how you look is your own! Don’t let anybody put you down for expressing your individuality, and even if you’re one of the few people who have stretched ears in your school embrace it!
@SonnySvensson6 жыл бұрын
What becca said. You should embrace that you are one of the few that has it. Being yourself is always the right choice. The people that would judge you is people that you dont want in your life anyway so just let them be shallow. They will grow up one day too.
