HI Bex! Thank you for the birthday wishes and kind message! I appreciate you. Congrats on the pregnancy, I'm so happy and excited for you! Morning sickness is the worst :( I hope this second pregnancy is more easeful this time around. I always love connecting and sharing experiences of what's on my heart, which is one of the main reasons I share these videos here. Even though I have been feeling some deeper emotions and overwhelm as I've transitioned into motherhood, I'm pretty sure what I'm experiencing isn't postpartum depression or anxiety. More so just me reflecting on what I've been experiencing and voicing out loud. This space has kinda been my little introspective digital journal :) I'm always open to suggestions that may lead towards deeper happiness and self reflection, but I'm overall not seeking any solutions for anything. I'm just taking the time to be present and I feel so much gratitude for this time in my life. I know, like all things, this too shall pass
