I love taking a walk in the could weather and maybe buy some hot cacao or coffee. Christmas dinner in Denmark is roast pork or 🦃 with potatoes and brown sauce. Caramelized potatoes white and red cabbage.😊

Hi Kim is great to see you enjoying your time in slovakia. Unfortunitaly there's not as much snow as used to be. You have to come to Orava for skiing before the winter ends. The whole mountain is yours and you can do as you wish. Feel free and screeeaam from top of your lungs when you are on top 😁 and feel the freedom. Sometimes people join you 😂 As always great video and great job on the vases

It was my third Christmas in Slovakia too! 😊💕So lucky there was snow, I love it. I keep busy with crochet, myself. It's great doing crafts, and they make perfect gifts 😉

4 seasons in a year is something that fascinates me because living in the Philippines, its just always warm and maybe sometimes rainy 😂 But here in Slovakia, every 3 mons there is something for mento look forward to because I know the season will change too.

Hi Kim, I see you had nice Christmas and so far as I see you enjoying winter there also. Yes fish is A must for Christmas Eve, with garlic you don't have to go crazy be honest. You did a wonderful Christmas bake have the say, coming to visit you this year for Christmas cookies and coffee. Chestnuts if they are from Slovakia yes I love them Dano should bake you chestnut roll or made pyre. Yes during the winter you have more time on your hands, specifically you from tropical weather 12h day 12h night. As I see you spending winter time wise, wishing you all the best with Akaba rouses and all other stuff you touch. Personally I hate winter originally from North of Slovakia, I hate winter in NYC rather be in FL or any warm place. Good great job, wishing you and Dano all the best! P.S. snow in Blava it's national disaster for them😜😜😜

Winter was always the time for crafts than can be done inside. Some centuries ago, you would have a lot of work with the field and livestock during the summer, but when winter would come, you start weaving baskets, making tools, or music instruments or whatever you can do. Part of it for use in your household, the rest for trade. I find it comforting - summertime jobs can be tiring, but you know that they will end when winter comes, so you can bear with them easier. Then winter tasks will usually become repetitive and boring after a while, but you can bear with them easier knowing that they will end with the spring. Each season lets you take rest from the previous one, which is great. This winter, I am making woolen coat - from sheep to coat, all the spinning and weawing and sewing handmade, with handmade tools. I wanted to do it for 10 years! But only this winter I forced myself to finally start :-)

Ahoj Kim vieš že vždy komentujem tvoje videá 🤣 ak hľadáš dobrý materiál na výrobu ruží, tak u nás na SK sa používa na výrobu postavičiek šúpolie a myslím si že aj na tvoje ruže by to bolo dobré. Pre vysvetlenie čo je to šúpolie, tak sú to listy kukurice čo obaľujú samotný klas kukurice. Určite by sa niekto našiel, kto by ťa naučil robiť aj tie postavičky. Kedysi dávno takto rodičia vyrábali deťom bábiky, alebo ozdoby na vianočný stromček. Inak som trošku očakával že či sa aj vyjadríš k tomu tajfúnu Rai na Filipínach, aj keď neviem z ktorej časti Filipín pochádzaš. Prajem ti všetko dobré.

Meow 😂 And to the word "murko" comes from the Czech word "mourek, mourovatý" it is a description of the appearance of a cat in Czech "mourovatý" means a cat with an ash coat or a cat with a striped coat in English tabby. In Slovak "mourovatý" is used "tigrovaný" it is more difficult to translate but in a literal translation it would mean, like a tiger because cat is striped. And "murko" is our version of word because is hard to make cute name from "tigrovaný" 😂 Mourek or murko is name for male cats like in english you can use Tabby for female kitty :3
