This is the ost used throughout the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p2rLpoekZpmBaLM Also in case you didn't watch the end of the video, I'm doing a coaching sale! $20 for 30 minute lesson OR $30 for an hour lesson if you've NEVER taken a lesson from me (or it's been 6+ months). Quite a steal from the best active Melee coach out there! DM me on twitter/discord and we can get something set up. Thank you all for supporting the video :)

Thank you for talking about flow state, people truly undervalue it. As a melee player & musician I find a good flow state feels easily 10x more productive than ordinary playing. Kodorin, take it easy on yourself emotionally. Visualize yourself on the big stage, peforming at your best and achieving your goals whenever you’re in a deep meditative state.. Bathe in the feeling of that #1 victory & enjoy the small wins along the way. The process is everything so if you’re not having fun, step away & build up some skill points in other areas of your life, until you’re ready to come back with a fresh mindset. Great video!!!!

The diminishing returns thing definitely hits true... Tfw when you lose against all your unranked opponents and don't want to end on a loss, so you're still queuing hours later

The real reason? The use of green Marth, the script writers just can’t allow that skin to succeed, if that happens then we have to allow red falco, blue falcon and inverse blue shiek to start winning things too, and if that happens it’s just gonna open to flood gates for *gasp* daisy players, do we really want to be subjected to watching daisy-peach? Yeah that’s what I thought

There needs to be like a Melee Therapy Channel or something for videos like this 10/10

Great video, very insightful, from the heart. You a real one for this, not easy to be so vulnerable on a public stage about personal debuffs. But this has and will helped many players improve, not just in melee, but in life. Cheers! And best luck reaching number 1!

This was really good! I love motivational stuff like this for melee, and it's crazy that as the community gets older we all sort of grow with the game and with life itself, even! Best of luck in 2024 Kodorin. Might have go get some coaching from ya soon too! :)

depends on the goal, 10hours like that will improve your autpilot (C-B game) and tech skill consistency a lot more

hey I think you got your mic setup wrong, it shouldn’t sound this bad. Is it a blue yeti? if so then it has two controllers, one for gain which should be somewhat in the middle and one for the angle where the main source of sound is supposed to enter. This is mainly a function to reduce outside noise as it has the capability of recording 360 degrees. You might’ve overlooked readjusting it after turning your mic upside down. Should improve your audio quality drastically :)

I feel like professional athletes like yourself need professional therapy more than the average bloke given your goal of becoming #1. That seems to me like a recipe for a tumultuous mental journey. I hope you have a good psychologist (as all of us should). Also, thanks again for the vid. Very nice variety you have in your content here, and it's always helped me.

great video! as a slight aside though, I love it when very high level gamers, in the pursuit of honing their craft and get better at their game, decide that the best way to get better at the game is to improve as a person and like, do self improvement stuff. there's just something very amusing to me about people doing that stuff with the motive being to improve at a video game. (and to be clear, this isn't intended to be like, snarky or mean or anything. a ton of people that I massively respect do this and I legitimately find it much more motivational than any fuckin self help book or whatever, even when they're telling me to do the same thing. but I do also find it very funny)
