It truly does not sound like you have thousands of hours played. I agree, i don't like to tab out to find things out about the game. Some of your other concerns about difficulty was addressed by Johnathon. Giving people ways to farm. Having visuals to show you where to gear up if an area is to hard. When i play i never traded until end game and it was never a problem. Maybe this is because i would follow a build guide. The new end game map i agree is not a completely new concept but i think the visual will make a huge difference for people that don't look through guides and know all of the ins and out. As for playing offline, I think you made the right conclusion that the end game has to be tuned to one of the two. I agree with the developers on this one. I want an online aspect to the game. If that is the case i want them to embrace that and balance the game around that.

It’s funny cause any PoE vet will notice that immediately by the way he talks about the game

You sound like you just don't like Path of Exile, a huge portion of the game you seem to dislike. Maybe something easier and less demanding like Diablo4 would be better for you.

PoE is great, there's just some aspects I dislike. Not a fan of blizzard these past years.

I was about to comment the same thing. The magic of having choices is that you can stop playing a game you don't enjoy and start playing one that is more akin to your play style

A game can be objectively amazing and still not a great fit for many players. I can acknowledge how good this game is and still confidently pass on it. In no other arpg so many of the best builds are random products of players trying to find glitches, exploits and bugs. Most of the game's top builds are entirely unintended and usually fill up the whole screen with AoE nuke spells tanking any PC's performance. And yes, Diablo 3 and 4 are guilty of that as well to a large extent but the polish is just not there in PoE. PoE 2 looks marginally better and if you don't have the massive time to sink into an arpg like PoE, chances are you won't enjoy it as much as a more casual oriented game like D4. The enjoyment is tied to endgame while in D4 the leveling experience is not much different from what you see in endgame. And every single class and build has an easy time maxing gems and getting game breaking mythics. It is only when you truly want to min-max then you may need to pick a guide from maxroll.
