As a youth in the 50's I spent many an hour in the Library, it was only 3 blocks from my Grandmother's house. The big addition on the back was well after my time. Another favorite spot was the Town Hall Theater and seeing movies there.

Loo=at the town hall. That where it was. the back portion of the town hall was the high rise for the actuarl stage. I have not been to Ohio since I joined the USN in 1960.@@LivinginCincinnatiOhio

What is Mulberry Plaza, I remember Lebanon Citizens National bank (in fact at one time a cousins husband Carl Stiles was Presendent), Marvins Supermarket, Iverson's drug store, Green stamp redemption store, A Bakery and a Tv repair shop.

@josephrogers5337 So, I had wondered that myself. Based on the info I'm seeing online, it's literally just a sign that was erected. Maybe they are working on future development? I'll keep looking and let you know if I find anything more.

@@LivinginCincinnatiOhio I know this is a pretty old comment, but if you still want some information on it, they will often close it down and you can eat and sit on the street. They bring out tables and chairs, and since it’s next to the exits of the more popular shops, people will enjoy all kinds of foods and drinks out there. During some festivals we have, many small businesses will sell on the streets. But, yeah, if you come on a day that it’s closed, it will just look like a sign. Hope this helps!
