Spencer, I first want to say I love your sense of Humor, your funny. I do have a request. I have dark complexion. Iam Latin and Philippine I noticed my eyes are dark from under my brow to my eye lid. I hv a hard time with eye shadows not showing much color. I tried primer, (yellow shade), concealer also but doesn't show as much. What can I do to really show the shade if the eye shadow? Please!
