Hmm - you can’t beat holiday consciousness! I didn’t know about Sunflower oil being commonly used in Spain. Also - - for a few years now I have not used sunscreen on my lower legs and feet to get the Vit D (supposedly). But I can sure see the difference in skin texture. Enjoy your hols 😊

It is funny what you said about water because balearic islands have one of the worst water in Spain.😂 And the issue with the oil, you are right there is no awareness about that and although olive oil is commonly used at home is very expensive nowadays so restaurants use sunflower and more people also at home.
