You should attempt to repair it. Find the component that blew up emitting smoke, likely a capacitor, Identify the component and replace it.

Depending on the problem, it could be an irreplaceable part, like a monitoring chip or power chip. But it didn't happen though.

@@RMA2009 Oh ok. XD Edit: Just realised at the end he said "I just killed a $400 panel, is what I would say if it wasn't an april fools!" Should have known if some component had indeed failed the panel should have stopped working. Or that if it really had exploded the first thing to do would be to disconnect it from AC power and battery power.

i pulled out the resistor for the "remote power supply sync" terminal (used for a booster panel) also the nac disable caused 2 troubles
