My short morning routine:- 1. Wakeup between 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. 2. I immediately drink 500 ml of copper water. It's very good for health in long term. Please purchase one litre of copper water bottle if you can afford it. 3. Brush my teeth, and freshen up. 4. Do yoga, and meditation from KZbin between 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. 5. Prepare breakfast, and finish eating my breakfast by 10:30 a.m. I watch TV or KZbin while eating. 6. Start studying for UGC NET JRF exam by 10:45 a m. I study for 2 hours till 12:45 p.m. 7. Finish my bathing, and Puja by 1:30 p.m. 8. Study session from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Our cook prepares lunch, and sabji for dinner in the morning. Guys! This is a realistic, and lazy morning routine that anyone can easily follow. 😊
