did you have to drill your own holes on the rear sprocket?

Maaaaaaan I'm confident my big ole balloon tires are holding me back. I'm at 58MPH. I need me some street tires.

It’s not the same that plastic governor gear will come apart and grenade your engine. Also make sure you get a billet flywheel for your safety because with the bike being able to rev higher it might blow up

Nice build bro! i had a ct200u and sold it for an mm80. got billet parts in a 212 hemi it goes around 70 ish. I fuck with the tires you got on it heavy, id open the block up and do a full governor removal in the near future just to avoid having any loose parts fling in your crankcase and break components. unfortunately when you run a slide carb you have to remove the governor since the arm isnt hooked up to anything so there's not much holding the governor lobe on the gear. it wouldn't normally be a concern running a stock carb and throttle linkage setup because the springs keep the arm on the gear but its not too hard to remove. while you're at it you could take the oil sensor out and ittl stop your engine from shutting off anytime the oil sloshes around. Frontrunner's video was pretty helpful but i'd also watch Red Beard's Garage, he has bolt sizes and stuff to seal the block kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZmbq5uJYs1krJI&ab_channel=FrontRunnerKartingLLC
