First thing in the morning I always have 1 quart of water with 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice and sometimes, a little later, an herbal tea of loose leaf teas that I put together. I look forward to and enjoy your videos!

I drink two cups of black tea in the morning. Not just any tea, Harrington’s Scottish breakfast! I have some Scottish ancestry and had great aunts who were very specific about choosing and brewing tea. I don’t remember which tea they used but this tea feels like starting the day with a bit of love from my ancestors. And Emmie, you have the best sayings! I often pause your videos to add another to my list. This time it was “what you eat today, you crave tomorrow.” ❤

I drink water, I take a 32 oz glass jar add about An inch of grape juice fill bottle with water and that's what I drink through out the day. I fast until 1 :30 , 2 pm every day Then eat second meal around 6Pm.

A glass of water and 2 cups of "coffee". I'm trying (and failing) to reduce my coffee consumption. So my morning "coffee" is 1 tsp instant coffee and 1.5 tsp Dandyblend with hot water and unsweetened almond milk.
