As an Akali OTP for several years in a solid elo I think they do need to take damage out of the E because it is insane. I also think they either need to let her cast Q while dashing again, as that is a high skill mechanic that rewards mastery as opposed to landing one ability. Also, I think there might be room to put a small bit of sustain back into her Q and lower her MR (ik they are about to on patch) again; as her base MR is insane and I think making lvl 1-5 a less rune reliant would be nice. Also imo you are one of the only streamers that plays Akali like how I see high tier OTP's perform on her lol
