___ Ingredients needed for the recipe ___
5 cups of flour (600 g)
1 glass of water (225 ml)
A little less than 1 glass of milk (150 ml)
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar (10 g)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (3 g)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
For the filling: Melted butter (200 gr)
For the surface: 1 egg yolk, black cumin and sesame seeds.
Recommended cooking time: 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
