Brilliant Nathan. You have one truly understanding Missus and a lottery size budget. Now a son who will no doubt spend many a happy hour flying with Dad. Great stuff. Look forward to seeing further updates.

Awesome job mate - I have a couple thousand hours on QF737s - and into simulation also. Been following the progress intently. Love your setup.

It is my dream to have a sim like this, but I am only a teenager and can't just go adding on rooms to my parents house or spending thousands of dollars. Maybe when I am an adult with my own house. For now I will have to just have to enjoy it through your videos. You earned a sub.

thanks for your reply mate. Yes it is defiantly not a cheap hobby, but it is a fun one. I will be posting some more videos of flights once i finish building the back. Thanks again mate.

Think about a good career that is long term and pays well with constant increases in pay..... These days you have to look at computers doing that career... in the future is there a RISK of your job being taken over by a computer? anyway chose a career that will fund these projects (Pay WELL!!!!) and you can have it all....... the only thing you need to worry about Today is what you love and want to do in the future that will fund this stuff!! You can't buy crap like this working at a gas station.... and Elon Musk wants to close them all anyway!! so there goes that job... CAREER!!! Thats your thought kid!!

Truly amazing setup and I love your attention to perfection and detail. The only thing missing (or maybe I missed it when watching your clips?) is a moving platform so you'll be able to not only enjoy your flying sessions visually but also to actually physically feel what is going on.

Been following you for a while. Nice setup! I don't see a way to send a private message, but was wondering if you could tell me the name of the supplier for your cockpit door, and jumpseats. I'm on the hunt for both cockpit seats and live in California. I emailed the boneyards, but haven't heard back from them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Philip

Hi Nathan. great videos. How did you set up the power supplies for the Flight Deck Solutions avionics. Did it come prebuilt from FDS? Is there a location on the web to learn more about how to interface the buttons. I currently have PROSIM737.

heyy brotgher great videos you have , thats one of my dreams , a sim like that . How much money did you spend just a rough estimate , and where did you get the yokes and panels from? thank you very much
@coffeepanda14396 жыл бұрын
The sim cost upwards of 40k. All the panels and everything came from flight deck solutions
@patrickcramer7 жыл бұрын
What a impressive work you have done there. Just curious - do you lease the sim for outer people or it is just for private use?
@melbourne737project57 жыл бұрын
Thank you mate. I only use my sim for myself and friends. I don't lease it out. It's my personal toy. Lol Cheers

Nathan M can I be your friend? Hahah Very well done mate! Please post more videos! You still owe us a full flight video as promised! Cheers
@melbourne737project57 жыл бұрын
Haha thanks mate. Yes I will defiantly be posting some flight videos once completed. I am very close to finishing it. I have completely closed off the back of the sim, with cockpit door, real jump seats and circuit breaker panels. The rear part for the cockpit is also built to scale to match the rest. Can't wait to finish this thing. I haven't flown for months.
