Wow it looks fantastic! I will definitely have to consider this. Peter sent me a wealth of information on this quadrant along with the two different versions. Look forward to seeing this in your sim soon.

Amazing! What you have built is pretty much what I've always wanted. Nothing extravagant on the outside of the cockpit, as there's no need for real fuselage on the outside where you can't see it, but absolutely functional and beautiful on the inside. Thanks for sharing this. Once I free up a bit a few years from now, I plan on following steps! Cheers!

Get that sucker installed!! Want to see it in action!!! I was lucky enough to go (Because I live nearby) to FDS and meet the guys. I got a full tour and even some sim time. These guys are as you say the best. That operation is so driven on producing the best quality stuff, and it shows in their products. Is there lower priced stuff out there? yes. But if you want the best quality possible FDS is the only way to go. And no I don't work there or represent them in any way.

Hi! Is there any chance you can make a video of the inside of the TQ? Or can say what motors and or IO cards, slip clutch is used? Best regards Jacob

@@melbourne737project5 hi there I live in Melbourne also and I apologise as I am sure you get the question a lot but if you are going to commit to a sim of this quality what sort of outlay would be reasonable to budget on and time to build and can everything be obtained through the supplier you mention including the seating for aircrew? Thank you

how much cost ???

It’s expensive but you can contact FDS for pricing.

@@FlyWithRookie It is probably at least 8k-10k. Not worth it considered it still behind in Quality to an actual B737 throttle made by Boeing. I have the real one and this one looks/feels cheaper compared to the real one. I immediately spotted differences when he moves flap lever/spoiler or even throttle levers. One thing would be good to see at least how well it is back lit and how well the A/T sync is and whether it support slipper clutch mechanism.

@@activex7327 Yes it is expensive but FDS is the way to go for simulation product. I know from my own personal experience. I too have a full sim from FDS but I ended up buying a OEM TQ. None the less I think it’s constructed very well.
@activex73273 жыл бұрын
@@FlyWithRookie It is probably the best OEM TQ out there for sure, but Boeing build is significantly better. It would be also interesting to see how your throttle responds to heavy use or abuse. I know, with the Boeing unit I got I can literally just abuse it and still works, nothing will break or detach. When will you post your TQ operation? We all are eager to see it.

@@activex7327 I have a real OEM TQ from a 737 in my sim. I didn’t purchase the one from FDS but I’m sure it’s of great quality like anything else they make.
